Ms. Darshana Karian, is an alumnus of CMR University, School of Legal Studies, having completed her B.B.A.,LL.B. degree in the year 2020 and LL.M. in Commercial Law in the year 2024. Ms. Karian, has, prior to pursuing her LL.M., practiced law as an advocate at Dua Associates, Bangalore, where she was responsible for conducting legal research, partaking in negotiations and providing specific legal assistance for players in the FMCG and Aerospace market. Additionally, Ms. Karian has represented clients in matters before quasi judicial authorities, etc., and has conducted POSH training sessions for various companies.
