About-
Abhisha K is an Assistant Professor at CMR University with a strong Socio-Legal background. She holds an LL.M. in Access to Justice from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and a B.Com LL.B (Hons) from Government Law College, Ernakulam.
As a legal professional, she has experience practicing civil, criminal, and human rights law in Kerala and has contributed to policy research at institutions like the Maharashtra State Police Complaints Authority and People’s Watch, Madurai.
Abhisha has actively participated in legal advocacy, winning the National Trial Advocacy Competition at Christ University and securing the runner-up position in the IM Nanavati National Moot Court Competition. Her research includes a socio-legal study on the education of tribal students in Kerala.
She is passionate about legal education and social justice, bringing her expertise and dedication to CMR University as she embarks on her academic journey.
