Mr. Bhavesh Bhaskar

Mr. Bhavesh Bhaskar went to HPNLU, Shimla to pursue law. He graduated with a B.A.,LL.B. ( Hons.) degree in 2022. He completed his LLM in Law and Development from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru. He has also cleared UGC NET in December 2023. His areas of interest are jurisprudence, legal theory and philosophy, constitutional law and sociology of law. His research interests include privacy, big data, citizenship and human rights. He is also interested in questions relating to constituent power, sovereignty and law. Thinking and reading about constitutionalism, rule of law, law and development and its implications on post-colonial social order also fascinates him. He is teaching Constitutional Law II and Administrative Law for January-May 2025 semester and also taking an elective on Corporate Business Law.
