National Seminar on Research Methodology

School of Legal Studies, CMRU organized a National Seminar on Legal Research Methodology on 28th November, 2019. In view of the growing popularity of an inter-disciplinary approach towards the subject, the seminar attempted to examine the impact of research on the process of formulation, analysis and interpretation of the law. Legal Research has assumed great significance in terms of providing logical and workable solutions to problems which arise in existing rules and policies. Legal research has contributed in creating effective policies and decisions.
