About the Speakers

Ms. Soumya Bhargava is currently a senior associate at DSK Legal, Mumbai. She has earlier been associated with HSA Advocates, Mumbai. She has been in the corporate and M&A team in both DSK and HSA and specialises in due diligence and M&A transaction advisory. She is an alumnus of Government Law College, Mumbai and is a Company Secretary with All India Rank 22.
