Get ready for an amazing and exhilarating workout
session with the trainers of Academy of Strength. “Our
philosophy is based on three pillars- training, nutrition
& recovery.”- Academy of Strength
This is your chance to get in touch with professional
trainers, learn a few everyday workouts from them to
keep you fit and at the end ask them fitness related
questions!!! So, DO NOT MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY!!!
The commencement of the session will be as such:
1) Introductions
2) Warm Up workout
3) The main workout
4) Cooling Down
5) Q&As
The trainers during this session will show you a few workouts that you can follow everyday to stay fit. At the end of the workout you will have a chance to talk to the trainers and ask them any fitness related questions, be it workout or nutrition!
