Ms. Aishwarya Sinha has completed her B.A. LLB & B.L.S. LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai, after which she worked in The Patna High Court as a researcher  for six months and then as an advocate for further six months. She further completed her LL.M from Hidayatullah National Law University and has a specialization in Corporate Laws. She cleared the NET examination In January 2024. She has done her diploma in Cyber Laws from Asian School of Cyber Laws in 2017. She started her academic journey from May 2024 from LCIT, Chhattisgarh and has taught subjects like Labour Laws, Company Law and Banking Laws. She has two research papers published in reputed journals comprising of topics of Corporate Laws. In order to further deepen her experience in academics, she saw a great opportunity to join CMR School of Legal Studies and is a faculty since 1^st August.
