Guest Speaker – Prof. Dr. Sairam Bhat

Topic – “The changing dimensions of law as a career option”

 Prof. Dr. Sairam Bhat, spoke extensively on the changing nature of the legal profession and informed the students that the future career prospects were diverse and that the students should make the best use of this diversity in making their choices. He gave examples of how some of his students have now opted for new and exiting career paths, like working for the legal cell of a political party or in the armed forces. The talk was well recieved by the students largely comprising of the 1st semester B.A., LL.B (Hons), B.B.A., LL.B (Hons) and the LL.B (3 yrs).

Dr. Pratima Prabhakar, Principal, CMR Law School was also present at the lecture.
