Guest Lecture – “Mediation – Nuances and Dimensions”.

With her vast and varied experience, Advocate Susheela Sarathi enriched the students of IV year B.A., LL.B & B.B.A., LL.B and II year LL.B on the various aspects of Mediation. She began the lecture with the very basics of what Mediation is and went on into the practical aspects of how the Mediation proceedings are conducted. Her interactive session aided with lively stories and live cases not only kept her young audience engaged throughout but also helped them grasp the importance of Mediation as an Alternate Dispute Resolution Mechanism.
