Our objective has been to disseminate legal research by eminent judges, practitioners, academicians and researchers, exposing the reader to highest standards of academic excellence. The journal voices the opinions of the writers and inter-alia is a gateway for promoting serious academic research.

This newsletter is a result of the combined effort and hard work of both the students and faculty of CMR University, School of legal Studies to provide an insight into crucial aspects of the society. Calamus is an initiative towards a new beginning.
