National Seminar on Legal Research Methodology

School of Legal Studies, CMRU is organising a National Seminar on Legal Research Methodology on 24th November, 2018. The seminar intends to examine the impact of research on the process of formulation, analysis and interpretation of the law especially in view of the growing popularity of an inter-disciplinary approach towards the subject. Legal Research addresses specific problems in light of the existing rules and policies, explores varied dimensions of a legal norm and seeks to provide logical and workable solutions to such problems. Legal research has assumed greater significance in today’s era of advancement, owing to its path-breaking contribution in creating worthwhile and effective policies and decisions.

Registration & Participation

  • The registration fees for the seminar shall be Rs. 1500/-
  • Registration fee may be paid via demand draft drawn in favour of “CMR University”, payable at Bangalore/ by cash at the CMRU- SOLS campus at OMBR Layout.
  • Interested candidates may apply in the registration form enclosed with the brochure.
  • The fee covers registration, stationery, lunch and tea.
  • Accommodation is not provided by the organizers.
